A rich roasted tea from Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. The third flush bancha leaves are roasted at low temperature to impart toasty sweetness, which also removes most of the caffeine from the leaf. Goes well with food, or even as an iced tea!

Roasted Japanese green tea.
How To Steep
Steep 1.5 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 170°F water for 3 minutes.
