Steep 1.5 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 200°F water for 3 minutes, longer if adding milk and/or sweetener.

Grown at high elevation in the mountains of Yunnan Province, processed in the Dian Hong style to give it the characteristic "red tea" appearance and taste.
