How To Steep
Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 190°F water for 3.5 minutes. Multiple infusions are recommended.
Additional Information
This Jin Xuan Milk Oolong is grown in Taiwan at around 3500 feet elevation. The cool mists allow the tea leaves to grow more slowly and develop better flavor. The method of processing involves initially processing the leaves in a very cool air conditioned room, then suddenly steaming it just prior to final drying.
