Not only will the black tea and whole coffee beans help jumpstart your day, it is also packed with herbs shown to help ease indigestion and inflammation as well as promote blood and liver cleansing.
Ingredients
Indian black tea*, Sri Lankan black tea*, roasted dandelion root*, Chinese pu-erh tea*, roasted whole coffee beans, sarsaparilla, carob*, chicory, burdock. *organic
How To Steep
Steep 1.5 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 200°F water for 4 minutes, longer if adding milk and/or sweetener.
